Product Owner

About the role.

As a Product Owner, you'll define and drive the success of our products throughout the entire lifecycle. Your expertise in product management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile methodologies will shape the direction of our products and ensure they meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

Responsibilities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and prioritization of work.
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and release plans to the development team.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach to product development.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications.

• 4+ years of experience working on IT projects as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Previous experience as a developer with JavaScript and TypeScript (desirable).
• Solid experience running discovery sessions with clients.
• Experience defining product backlogs, including user stories, definitions, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading product strategy from initiation through the end of the product lifecycle.
• Experience creating functionality, vision, business goals, product roadmaps, and rollout plans.
• Experience working with the Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery lead to guide the team.
• Experience handling direct communication with clients and stakeholders about backlog prioritization.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
