QA Analyst

About the role.

As a QA Analyst, you'll help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Your expertise in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes will maintain and improve the overall quality of our software solutions and ensure they meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

Responsibilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user stories.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date reporting for management.

Qualifications.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Analyst across more than one project.
• Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably as a Scrum team member.
• Proficiency in writing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Solid understanding of software testing techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications (desirable).
• English proficiency (B2+).
