Designli was brought on board after Version 1 was launched, market traction was gained, and 1MAC was ready to scale. Rapid iteration based on evolving user needs was the priority. For this, the Designli model is the perfect fit. We assign talented members of our team, full-time, to customer products.  For 1MAC Anesthesia, this meant assigning a mobile developer (Flutter), front-end web developer (React), and backend developer (Ruby) to take the existing codebase forward on a full-time basis.

The team was rounded out by supporting disciplines, so we assigned one of our talented Product Owners, a Graphic Designer, and a Quality Assurance Analyst on a fractional basis to lead the team, design new functionality, and test deployments before each incremental launch.  With a strategic roadmap in place to consolidate code bases to languages more natural to keep in lockstep (bringing the Flutter app over to React Native), Designli continues to be the dedicated product team partner that 1MAC relies on.
